Welcome to How To Flower Pot! I started this to connect my love of creating unique events and being creative! I offer two types of parties with lots of flexibility to make it your own! I aim to have each guest tap into their creativity, connect with others, and have an awesome experience. I will add new products to this site, blog posts about life's beautiful messes, and pics of events I have done. Thank you for considering our unique flower pot party experience! We’re thrilled about the opportunity to bring a bloom of creativity and joy to your event. Our pricing is set at $50 for guests aged 15 and up, with a special rate of $25 for children 14 and under, should you choose to include them. Once you’ve selected your date and secured it with a deposit, we’ll equip you with a customizable PDF invitation suitable for email, print, and social media sharing, alongside a registration and payment link for your guests.
Our team will arrive well in advance to set up everything needed for a successful party, including pots, gloves, soil, a variety of flowers, fillers, all necessary tools, aprons, a How To Flower Pot Helper, and even a special gift for you. We ensure each guest has the materials needed by requiring registration and payment in advance. Adult pots are sized at 12×12 inches, while children’s are 10×10 inches, with gloves available to keep post-party. We’ll reclaim only the aprons and tools afterwards.
To make your party seamless, we kindly request you provide tables, snacks, beverages, music, and a space ready for creativity and a bit of mess. For children’s parties, we advise having one adult present for every three children under 8, ensuring the event is fun and on schedule.
Rest assured, inclusivity is at the heart of our service—our parties are designed for everyone, regardless of gender. Should you have a special theme in mind, whether it’s for a holiday or another special occasion, we’re more than happy to accommodate with specific flowers, pot colors, and accessories to match.
Remember, the minimum attendance to have your deposit refunded at the party is five guests. We understand plans can change, so we offer flexibility for rescheduling or cancellations, provided they’re made two weeks in advance. We’re excited to help make your party a memorable one!
